Anhui KEDA Smart Energy's First International 4MWp Photovoltaic Project Successfully Grid-Connected

Recently, the 4MWp photovoltaic power station project at the KEDA Ceramics International Company Limited Sanitary Ware Factory, invested and constructed by Anhui KEDA Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully connected to the grid and commenced electricity generation. Situated in Kisumu, a western city of Kenya, the project boasts a total installed capacity of 4MWp and operates as an off-grid power generation system with a "self-consumption" mode.

It is estimated that the total electricity generation of the project over 20 years will reach approximately 130 million kWh, saving the factory approximately RMB 56 million in electricity costs during the operation period.
The project will reduce carbon emissions by 4182.5 tons annually, replacing standard coal by 1529.8 tons. Over 20 years, it is estimated to reduce carbon emissions by 83,650 tons, replacing standard coal by 30,596 tons.
