27 May 2025HLT&DLT has recently reported a series of breakthroughs in the Vietnamese market. First, TAKAO Group's newly expanded high-end medium slab production line was successfully ignited. This marks the 9th complete production line project since the group began its deep strategic cooperation with HLT&DLT in 2017.
The project is equipped with advanced machines including intermittent and continuous ball mills, powder preparation systems, the YP5209XL automatic hydraulic press, an energy-efficient benchmark firing kiln, and a multi-layer dryer. It is mainly designed to produce high-quality medium slabs in sizes of 400×800(mm) and 300×600(mm).
Meanwhile, HLT&DLT has also signed 2 full polished glaze complete production line projects with HA THANH Group's Soc Trang plant. These new projects will once again adopt HLT&DLT's complete set of advanced machinery, covering ball milling systems, powder preparation systems, fluidized furnaces, the YP4009 automatic hydraulic press, the DFC "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" firing kiln, the EM series high-efficiency self-circulating 5-layer dryer, as well as glaze line dryers and supporting auxiliary machines.
HA THANH Group's Dong Thap plant commissioned its double-firing wall tile production line in late August 2020 and its full polished glaze line in October 2021. Both projects were equipped with HLT&DLT's complete set of machinery.
