Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 627 million, up 55.06%, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company excl. non-recurring profit or loss totaled RMB 630 million, up 74.07% year-on-year.
For the first 3 quarters, KEDA Industrial Group recorded revenue of RMB 15.827 billion, up 25.55% year-on- year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 1.911 billion, up 66.30%, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company excl. non-recurring profit or loss totaled RMB 1.929 billion, up 81.74% year-on-year.

As one of KEDA's leading businesses in its global expansion, its ceramic machinery business leveraged its extensive technical expertise, localized service system, and global distribution network to maintain steady year-on-year growth in international orders during the first 3 quarters. It made encouraging progress in expanding into North and South American markets, while orders continued to grow in traditional strongholds such as South Asia and the Middle East. As its global service network continues to expand, KEDA's spare parts and consumables business has also grown steadily, with stronger synergies with its machinery business making it an important source of incremental growth for the segment.
While its ceramic machinery business accelerates its global expansion, KEDA's building materials business is also moving ahead with capacity expansion. In the first 3 quarters, the segment achieved significant year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability, driven by rising product prices and the gradual ramp-up of production capacity at projects commissioned earlier.
To date, KEDA Industrial Group has operated 21 building ceramic production lines, 3 sanitaryware production lines, and 3 glass production lines across 9 countries in Africa and South America, under the subbrand Twyford International. These facilities collectively provide annual production capacity of approximately 200 million square meters of building ceramics, 600,000 tons of glass, and more than 3 million pieces of sanitaryware.

On the same evening, KEDA Industrial Group announced a proposed investment of approximately US$113 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 757 million) to build a float glass production facility in Kenya with a daily capacity of 600 tons. The project will primarily produce glass with thicknesses ranging from 3.00 to 12.00 mm, and construction is expected to take approximately 19 to 20 months.
In lithium battery materials, ongoing technical upgrades at KEDA's Fujian and Chongqing production bases have brought their combined annual production capacity for finished artificial graphite to approximately 220,000 tons, with more than 70% of graphitization capacity owned in-house. In the first 3 quarters, shipments of artificial graphite products grew at a healthy pace, average selling prices also recovered, and profitability improved steadily. The customer base and product mix continued to improve.

In its lithium salt investment business, Lanke Lithium Industry, an equity-accounted investee, produced approximately 31,600 tons of lithium carbonate and sold approximately 25,300 tons in the first 3 quarters. It contributed RMB 848 million to KEDA Industrial Group's net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company.
