Recently, at the project site of Guangdong Zhongchuang Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongchuang Ceramics"), an air of celebration fills the atmosphere as the construction team from HLT&DLT meticulously prepares for the commencement of the new production line.

Amidst heartfelt blessings, the inauguration of the high-end complete production line, symbolizing the industrial "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" successfully launched.

This production line, tailored to the customer's specifications, is dedicated to producing premium ceramic products measuring 1200×1200mm, with a daily output of 50,000m². Its operation will not only bolster Zhongchuang Ceramics' business growth and market competitiveness but also mark the beginning of a new era of intelligent manufacturing for the company.

The core machinery of the project includes HLT Technology 3 sets of 2×105m³ combination-type digital energy-saving continuous ball milling and pulping systems, 1 set of 2500-ton-per-day PST45000 energy-saving and environmentally friendly spray tower, 10 units of HLT Industry YP8390 intelligent automatic hydraulic presses, DLT high-yield firing kiln (W3100/L430.5M), and DHD-EM6 high-efficiency self-circulating dryer combination, along with 2 sets of 3HP novel self-cleaning heat exchangers.

This complete production line machinery is designed with a focus on green, low-carbon, highly efficient, and intelligent principles, featuring numerous patented technologies.

By fully leveraging the maximum benefits of the new production system and capitalizing on the advantages of large-scale production, it not only achieves a highly automated, intelligent, and digitally managed production mode but also exhibits advantages such as low energy consumption, high efficiency, large output, and strong stability upon operation.

It's worth mentioning that the PST45000 energy-saving and environmentally friendly spray tower, a new large spray tower introduced by HLT Technology, embodies a blend of energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, intelligence, and high production capacity, with a daily output reaching 2500 tons.
