Innovation Helps to Upgrade Digital and Intelligent Stone Processing - KEDA Cutting Technology Made a Grand Appearance at Xiamen Stone Fair

On June 8th, the 23rd China Xiamen International Stone Fair concluded at Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center (XICEC). The exhibition featured 8 major areas, showcasing thousands of new and mainstream products, new mine, new materials, new machine and processes. KEDA Stone Machinery and KEDA Cutting Technology Division made another brilliant appearance at Xiamen Stone Fair. The intelligent deep processing production lines innovated and developed by KEDA for natural stone, artificial stone, and sintered slab have promoted the digital and intelligent upgrading of the stone processing industry.
 


At the exhibition, KEDA Cutting Technology presented their intelligent scanners and processing machine which have achieved industry-leading levels in both hardware performance and software control. KEDA's slab scanner uses an 8K high-definition industrial camera to capture the surface details and dimensions of stone slabs accurately. It is linked with intelligent composing software to achieve flexible and customized processing of the slabs, with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) effect.

The CNC four-axis bridge cutting machine uses camera calibration and downloads the cutting schemes by scanning QR codes to achieve accurate vein matching of the slabs. Labels are automatically pasted to guide subsequent processing, packaging, and shipment, as well as the on-site installation. Linking with stores, workshops and customer sites through the cloud servers, the machine achieves network interconnection between sales and production, and intelligent manufacturing. The on-site exhibition of products has been highly praised by customers.
