Currently, it operates 3 factory zones housing 8 state-of-the-art production lines, with the line ignited on this occasion situated in the newly established third production zone in the southern region.
Its renown extends not only throughout the northern, central and southern ceramics markets, but also positions it as the foremost domestic ceramic enterprise with the highest single-line production capacity for roof tiles in Vietnam. Amidst Vietnam's recent years of rapid growth in the ceramics sector, TAKAO Group plays a pivotal role.

It is worth noting that among the two operational TAKAO Group plant areas, a total of 7 production lines have been commissioned (including 2 complete production lines of roof tiles, 1 line for spare part tiles, 1 line for standard floor tiles, and 3 complete production lines for full polished glaze). These high-end automated complete line machinery, including processes from pulverizing to forming and firing, have been exclusively introduced from HLT&DLT.
According to customer feedback, since their commencement, these production lines have exhibited steadfast operational stability and have consistently delivered products of exceptional quality, consequently garnering TAKAO Group's resounding acclaim and commendation.
The high-end automated "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark" roof tiles complete production line machinery includes HLT Technology 4 sets of 60T energy-saving intermittent ball mills, FaST series PST-12000 intelligent spray towers, and complete production line machinery for the glaze workshop.
Additionally, 3 units of HLT Industry YP3009T automatic hydraulic presses, DLT Technology "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" roof tiles firing kiln (W3100/L268.8M) within the industry, EM series five-layer self-circulation dryer (W3200), and ancillary machinery for drying before kiln and glazing lines constitute the comprehensive array of state-of-the-art machinery and technology.
The primary production specifications are for high-end roof tiles measuring 325*425mm, with a designed daily output of 150,000 pieces.
It is understood that this production line is renowned for its high-end and state-of-the-art designs. The pulverizing, molding, and firing machinery are all equipped with multiple patented technologies. This project stands as the most representative complete production line project in Vietnam, boasting the largest capacity for roof tile production and featuring highly advanced automation.
