Globalization | A Special Teambuilding Was Held by ICF & Welko and KEDA Europe

On July 20th, a special teambuilding with lots of fun was held by the ICF & Welko and KEDA Europe. Half way through the year, achievements were celebrated and joys were shared at this annual gathering.
 

As a significant corporate culture event, annual dinner has been held either in Summer or Winter in the past 15 years. Teams with multiple background can speak up and exchange their ideas, and get engaged to a deeper conversation about how to build up a stronger team with better cohesion and competitiveness.


This year, the teambuilding event was attended by team members not limited to the teams from ICF & Welko and KEDA Europe, but also representatives from the DLT Sales Team and the Strategic Investment Department of KEDA Industrial Group.
 
For example, Xuexian YANG, Director and Managing Director of KEDA Industrial Group, Huojin GUAN, General Manager of Foshan DLT Technology Co., Ltd.; Xiaodong LIU, General Manager of KEDA Europe; Jiang ZHENG, General Manager of KEDA Ceramic Machinery Europe Sales Division; Roberto Magnani, General Manager of ICF & Welko; and Paolo Malagoli, Deputy General Manager. Additionally, Vice President Yongkai YE from New Pearl Group Co., Ltd. was also invited to attend this international gathering.
 
ICF & Welko
 
ICF & Welko is a renowned European ceramics machinery enterprise with a rich history. It was formed in 2007 through the merger of two long-established Italian industrial automation companies, I.C.F INDUSTRIE CIBEC S.P.A (founded in 1973 in Maranello) and Welko S.R.L (founded in 1959 in Spino d'Adda). The company's headquarters is located in Maranello, a renowned ceramic tile production area in the Modena province of Italy.
 
In 2018, KEDA Industrial Group announced the acquisition of ICF & Welko. In 2020, KEDA completed the two-step process of acquiring 100% equity of ICF & Welko, making ICF & Welko an official wholly-owned subsidiary of KEDA Industrial Group. This acquisition marked the industry's first-ever European cross-border acquisition, as it brought together the exquisite Italian machinery design concepts, technology, team, channels, and brand with KEDA 's production model in a seamless integration. In February 2021, Roberto Magnani was appointed as the new General Manager of the company, succeeding the ICF & Welko family.
