Zhoukou Xingyuan and Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd. Join Hands Once Again to Create a 400,000 Cubic Meters AAC Project

Zhoukou Xingyuan New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhoukou Xingyuan") is a comprehensive resource utilization enterprise. It is commited to utilizing resources such as fly ash, desulfurization gypsum, and steam emitted by power plants to produce new energy-saving and environmentally friendly wall materials such as autoclaved aerated concrete (ACC) blocks/panels and autoclaved fly ash bricks,. among other new energy-saving and
environmentally friendly wall materials. Recently, Zhoukou Xingyuan and Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd. once again joined forces to achieve a successful first-time feed for the AAC production line project. The production line is adjacent to Zhoukou Power Plant and makes full use of fly ash, desulfurization gypsum, and steam resources emitted by the power plant to produce autoclaved aerated concrete AAC products. This initiative provides a new solution for local solid waste utilization, promotes the development of a circular economy, and sets an example for green development.

In 2009, the two parties successfully collaborated to create an autoclaved aerated concrete panel production line project, achieving remarkable results. Now this new intellgent AAC plant will further deepens their partnership, as they jointly explore and innovate in the fields of solid waste utilization and environmental protection technologies and solutions. The project is expected to produce 400,000 cubic meters of AAC blocks/panels annually after its commissioning.
