Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Government issued the Notice on Recognizing the Award-Winning Organizations and Individuals of the 11th Guangdong Patent Awards. The invention patents "A CNC Tile-Pushing Device and Method for Squaring & Chamfering Machines" from KEDA Ceramic Machinery and "A Ceramic Tile Forming Process Method and the Press Machinery and System Used Therein" from HLT&DLT both received the Guangdong Patent Excellence Award.

The awarded patent "A CNC Tile-Pushing Device and Method for Squaring & Chamfering Machines" was developed by the R&D team of KEDA Ceramic Machinery's Final Processing Division to address challenges such as the low level of intelligence in ceramic production. The team pioneered the concept of an intelligent brick-pushing device, using a servo-driven brick-pushing motor to control the brick-pushing gripper in combination with self-developed algorithms, overcoming key technical challenges in squaring & chamfering machine components and automation control.

The awarded patent "A Ceramic Tile Forming Process Method and the Press Machinery and System Used Therein" features an innovative dual-mold feeding design that enables alternating 2-way material distribution and seamless process connection without idle time, significantly improving efficiency. It also introduces a breakthrough long-edge tile pushing structure, effectively solving the issue of low premium-product yield in the pressing of large-format thin tiles.
