To further promote the implementation of the Danaher Lean Management philosophy and systematically improve operational efficiency, machinery management capabilities, and on-site standardization, Fujian KEDA New Energy has successfully completed the phased training of its Danaher Lean Management Program after nearly 5 months of intensive learning. The program has established a complete closed-loop process covering lean management introduction, problem identification, TPM implementation, and standardization.

Fujian KEDA New Energy Deputy General Manager Mr. Zonglong WANG stated that the 5-month systematic training has driven continuous improvements in employees' understanding of lean concepts, application methods, and on-site practices. The workplace has undergone positive changes, while employees' ability to identify and solve problems has been significantly enhanced. He noted that there is still substantial room for improvement in the company's lean management and lean production practices, and efforts must continue without any relaxation. He encouraged all participants to embrace lean thinking as a long-term mindset and work habit, fully implement standardized practices, and continuously identify and solve problems, thereby building a solid competitive foundation for the sustainable development of Fujian KEDA New Energy.
