22 Oct 2025HLT&DLT successfully built the Phase I complete plant solution for Twyfords Côte d'Ivoire, designed for a daily output of 40,000 m². The machinery arrived on April 23, 2025, with the kiln lighted up on June 25, and achieved full-scale production on July 28—all in one seamless launch.
The project coincided with Côte d'Ivoire's pre-rainy season, where the site faced high temperatures, high humidity, heavy rainfall, and malaria risks. Despite these challenges, the HLT&DLT team completed the entire body preparation–pressing–firing chain installation and commissioning in just 60 days.
Body Preparation Project Manager Mr. Liqun GUO optimized the lifting plan, ensuring early entry of heavy components.
Thermal Project Manager Mr. Rongqiang LIU, Thermal Chief Engineer Mr. Dongsheng LI, and Electrical Chief Engineer Mr. Taiping CHEN led the team through site condition and environment dual challenges, efficiently coordinating with the customer and promptly resolving all the issues.
HLT&DLT earned customer respect and acclaim through its technical expertise, strong management, high construction standards, machinery quality, and ability to overcome all the difficulties.
The successful launch of this project created hundreds of local jobs, boosted the upstream and downstream supply chain between Abidjan and Alépé. It also generated both economic and social benefits, earning written commendation from the customer.
