21 Oct 2025On October 18, the 10th session of Foshan Enterprise Federation and Foshan Entrepreneurs Association (collectively "Foshan Enterprise Associations") was held at Foshan Crowne Plaza Hotel, alongside the 2025 Foshan Top 100 Enterprises Report Conference. Mr. Cheng BIAN, Chairman of KEDA Industrial Group, was re-elected as the new President of Foshan Enterprise Associations.
Under the theme "Vision Shapes the Path, Perspective Determines the Outcome", the conference reviewed the associations' achievements over the past 5 years. A new leadership team was elected. Representatives from the Top 100 enterprises, member companies, business associations, and experts attended to discuss development strategies. Foshan Mayor, Mr. Tao BAI attended and delivered a speech. Vice Mayor, Mr. Tong XU was also present.
In his keynote, Chairman Mr. Cheng BIAN revisited a theme he used a decade ago: "Vision Shapes the Path, Perspective Determines the Outcome". He shared KEDA Industrial Group's innovative strategies for breaking growth bottlenecks in recent years. He emphasized that the key to business transformation lies in finding talents who are ready to embark on the future together.
During this process, companies must balance capital and human resources: "When money scatters, people gather and when money gathers, people scatter", allowing young talent to lead new ventures. Mr. BIAN added that entrepreneurs must shift their mindset, combine thinking with practice, and leverage talents effectively to discover solutions for breakthrough growth.
