30 Mar 2025Recently, KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. has signed an EPC contract with Press Metal Alumina (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. for a 2 million tons per year aluminum oxide supporting coal gasification plant. This project involves constructing four sets of 45kNm³/h circulating fluidized bed gasification systems. The installation and construction will be carried out by KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy's Indonesian subsidiary PT Engineering.
This marks KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy's first locally constructed & operated maintenance project out of China, as well as the company's inaugural direct contract with an international enterprise.
Press Metal Aluminium specializes in aluminum product production and processing. It is one of Southeast Asia's largest integrated aluminum companies and listed in Malaysia since 1993.
As of now, KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy has completed 22 sets of clean coal gasification equipments in Indonesia, maintaining its position as the market leader. The furnace capacities range from 40kNm³/h to 60kNm³/h. The company has undertaken coal gasification supporting projects for new aluminium oxide plants in Indonesia, commissioned by leading Chinese enterprises such as Nanshan Group, Chinalco, and Jinjiang International Group.
