Recently, HLT's YPX1500 press was successfully launched in production at the rare earth new material conversion base of Baotou Ande Xinai New Materials, China, for lanthanum-cerium applications with an annual output of 120,000 tons. It marks a significant step of HLT's expansion in the new materials sector.
Since its operation, the equipment has demonstrated stable performance, high production efficiency, and good product quality, earning great recognition from the customer. As a result, the customer decided to place order for one more set of YPX1500 presses.
The YPX1500 new energy material press, developed with HLT's technological innovation, boasts advantages such as fast pressing speed, high forming rate, broad compatibility, and intelligent, flexible control. Beyond rare earth materials, it is also suitable for pressing magnetic materials, powder metallurgy materials, lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery materials, as well as anode and cathode materials. It can press single or multiple layer saggars in all sizes, while customized sizes are also available according to the customer’s specific requirements.
