HLT&DLT Unveils Comprehensive Ceramic Manufacturing Solutions at Indian Ceramics Asia 2024!

On March 6th, the 18th edition of the Indian Ceramics Asia (ICA), a grand event, commenced at the Helipad Exhibition & Convention Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India! As the world's second-largest consumer of ceramic tiles, India holds significant importance as an international market for HLT&DLT.

HLT&DLT has maintained close collaborations with several leading Indian enterprises over the years. Living up to expectations, HLT&DLT presents its latest complete plant solutions at the ICA 2024.


In alignment with the latest trends in the global ceramic industry, HLT&DLT persists in empowering India's industry development with its innovative achievements in "Digitalization, Intelligentization, and Greenization".


Ceramic Tile Achievements: In October 2023, HLT&DLT collaborated with India's leading brand, Kajaria Ceramics Limited, to successfully launch a high-end smart full polished glaze complete production line. During the same month, HLT&DLT also accomplished the successful commissioning of a high-end glazed tile complete production line for OBL Group, a benchmark ceramic manufacturer in India.

Expansion into Sanitary Ware: In September 2023, Kerovit, a factory of Kajaria Group, entered into a successful agreement with DLT Technology for the construction of a high-end sanitary ware tunnel kiln and shuttle kiln.

Breakthrough in Tableware: In September 2023, a tableware complete production line built by HLT&DLT for PECASA, a renowned Indian tableware company, was successfully put into operation.



In recent years, as consumer demand in India has been strengthening, high production volume and efficiency have become the focal points for ceramic manufacturers.

At this exhibition, HLT&DLT showcased China's intelligent manufacturing prowess with a focus on "high production capacity" standards for Indian customers. The highlighted high-end intelligent ceramic complete production line machinery included the ConTinuB digital energy-saving continuous ball milling system and FaST series intelligent spray tower, both newly developed by HLT Technology.

Additionally, the "Speed King" YP5200 series automatic hydraulic presses from HLT Industry, as well as energy-efficient and low-carbon firing kilns designed by DLT Technology specifically for high production volume, were presented alongside high-end whiteware complete production lines and integrated solutions for building ceramic manufacturing.



Complementary services such as HLT ceramic technology’s original plant spare parts/consumables and technical process technology, as well as attention-grabbing complete plant sand tables and cutting-edge technology, illuminated the entire exhibition.

This aesthetically pleasing display exemplified HLT&DLT's innovative concepts and cutting-edge technology, meeting the high-performance, technologically intensive, strictly regulated, and challenging market access requirements of Indian customers, attracting many spectators for observation and consultation.

In response to local market demands in India, HLT Technology made a strong presence at the exhibition with its ConTinuB digital energy-saving continuous ball milling system and FaST series energy-saving spray tower, designed to meet India's production capacity needs. Additionally, they introduced the newly upgraded 100-ton ball mill into the Indian market.



Among the highlights of this exhibition was the YP5200, hailed as the "Speed King" and greatly beloved by Indian customers. This rising star boasts superior performance characteristics such as speed, stability, and accuracy. It incorporates several patented technologies from HLT, ensuring high levels of automation and rapid pressing speeds.

Furthermore, the electrical system has undergone a complete upgrade, featuring the latest generation controller for even faster and more stable operation, with enhanced functionality. The newly developed and optimized control system software, coupled with a graphical user interface, offers greater functionality and completeness, making operations more user-friendly.

This advancement further drives the development of green manufacturing and represents the intelligent crystallization that adapts to the industry's new normal development trends. Also showcased were star series such as YP90 and YP09, which are leading products in both Chinese and international markets.


Global Leader in Intellectualization:

1.High-End Whiteware Complete Production Line Machinery


In the high-end whiteware industry, covering both tableware ceramics and sanitary ceramics, DLT Technology continuously engages in research and innovation in smart factories and digital informatization.

Significant breakthroughs have been achieved through integration with European machinery companies in various technological and automation aspects, resulting in energy-saving and zero-carbon combustion technologies for thermal machinery.

DLT Technology has successfully undertaken and completed numerous complete production line projects in China and internationally, earning high praise from customers.

2.Next-Generation Large-tonnage Firing Kiln


At this exhibition, DLT showcased its next-generation high-volume firing kiln, designed for the firing of various products. This kiln features the DDI4.0-A kiln furnace digital intelligent control system, equipped with patented technologies such as the PPC assisted combustion air duct grouping control system, KHI kiln body comprehensive insulation technology, DDS transmission reinforcement system for dust and leak prevention, DHR waste heat recovery and reheat system, SPR assisted combustion air heating system, and AGM empty kiln management system.

Not only does this kiln significantly improve the overall energy-saving effect of the production line, but it also effectively ensures the stability of brick movement.

Of particular note is the use of an arch-top refractory material insulation structure in this kiln, which increases the internal height of the kiln and enhances smoke flow area, making it more suitable for high-volume production. Additionally, this structure is advantageous in reducing temperature differences across the kiln section, ensuring the production of high-quality products consistently.
