KEDA Zhentao MOM Platform Officially Launches in Xinruncheng, Ushering in a New Era of Digital Intelligence

In a strategic move to bolster core capabilities and management effectiveness in the era of digital intelligence, Xinruncheng Ceramics joined forces with KEDA to kickstart a groundbreaking digital manufacturing project in March 2022. After a year of meticulous research, planning, and implementation, the highly anticipated Xinruncheng digital manufacturing project has reached a momentous milestone recently, as the KEDA Zhentao MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management) Platform has been successfully rolled out at Xinruncheng's two major production bases in Xiqiao.

The project encompasses KEDA Zhentao MOM's eight major operation systems, including production BI, cost accounting, energy management, machinery management, production scheduling, technical management, production process inspection, and quality management systems. Its comprehensive digitization and management span every core process, from raw material workshops to glazing facilities, pressing sections, kiln operations, polishing lines, packaging units, and warehousing. The project has preliminarily achieved digital management and transparent production, and its future roadmap will entail further integration of business and finance to elevate management practices, product quality, and cost efficiency.


The production manager of Xinruncheng highlighted that by embracing KEDA Ceramic Machinery's digital factory concept and leveraging their digital transformation practices in the ceramic industry, Xinruncheng developed a feasible, customized transformation plan in line with the company's specific needs. The deployment of Zhentao MOM has led Xinruncheng to a new level of precision in production management, fostering transparent and efficient collaboration across the entire industrial chain. The integration of smart technologies has significantly elevated the automation level on the production line, encompassing various production processes and refining craftsmanship. This successful implementation has resolved the long-standing challenge of consolidating industry expertise, as Zhentao seamlessly integrates with Xinruncheng's existing management systems. Through a harmonious blend of software and hardware, human-machine data interaction has been achieved, propelling the ceramic tile manufacturing process toward a seamless, transparent, and interconnected future.
