Embarking upon the New Heights of Intelligent Manufacturing, KEDA Starts a New Journey丨KEDA Industrial Group has Commenced the Construction of its High-End Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Park Project at the Anhui Base!

The projects commencing are as follows: the construction project of the high-end machinery intelligent manufacturing factory by Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd., the R&D and manufacturing base project for high-end high-pressure plunger pumps and motors by Anhui KEDA Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., the zero-carbon demonstration base project by Anhui KEDA Electricity Co., Ltd., and the project aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality by KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. These four projects cover an area of approximately 200 mu (approximately 133334 square meters).
 

The High-end Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Park the Anhui base by Anhui KEDA Industrial Group, which commenced recently, comprises 4 projects, namely: the construction project of the high-end machinery intelligent manufacturing factory by Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd., the R&D and manufacturing base project for high-end high-pressure plunger pumps and motors by Anhui KEDA Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., the zero-carbon demonstration base project by Anhui KEDA Electricity Co., Ltd., and the project aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality by KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy Co., Ltd.

These four projects cover an area of approximately 200 mu (approximately 133334 square meters). It is anticipated that these projects will be gradually completed and put into operation between October 2023 and August 2024. This will significantly enhances KEDA Industrial Group's machinery production and manufacturing capabilities, as well as elevate the level of intelligent automation in its production lines. These developments will cater to the company's sustainable and high-quality growth requirements, while providing a robust infrastructure foundation for the diversified development of its business.

1. The Construction Project of the High-End Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Factory by Anhui KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd.
 
The project covers an area of about 45 mu (approximately 30000 square meters), with a total construction area of around 47,000 square meters. It aims to establish an additional production line for autoclaved aerated concrete complete equipment.


 
2. The R&D and Manufacturing Base Project for High-End High-Pressure Plunger Pumps and Motors by Anhui KEDA Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd.

The project covers an area of about 60 mu (approximately 40000 square meters), with a total construction area of around 32,000 square meters. It aims to establish a production line capable of manufacturing 80,000 units of engineering pumps and high-capacity engineering motors annually.



3. The Zero-Carbon Demonstration Base Project by Anhui KEDA Electricity Co., Ltd.

The project covers an area of about 81 mu (approximately 54000 square meters), with a total construction area of around 32,000 square meters. It aims to establish a multifunctional smart park that integrates the production, testing, warehousing, logistics, automotive sales, charging, and office facilities for the production of Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).


 
4. The Project Aimed at Enhancing Production Efficiency and Quality by KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy Co., Ltd.

The project covers a construction area of about 6,274 square meters. Its main objective is to further enhance the workshop's process layout, thereby increasing production capacity.
