KEDA Smart Energy Celebrates 10th Anniversary with 4-Day Team Building on Shengsi Islands

KEDA Smart Energy marked its 10th anniversary with a four-day team retreat on Sijiao Island, Shengsi, from May 15–18. Under the theme “Step Up, Shape the Future,” the event combined celebration, strategic dialogue, and team bonding.

Employees were divided into three competitive teams – Marketing; Engineering & Technology; and International, Finance & General Administration – engaging in a points-based competition across various outdoor and indoor activities. A key highlight was the “Cost-Saving & Revenue-Generating” town hall meeting with the chairman and general manager, where teams shared actionable ideas for sustainable growth. The celebration concluded with an awards ceremony, a birthday song, and cutting a 10th-anniversary cake.
