07 May 2026Recently, KEDA SUREMAKER and Renaatus officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking the second collaboration between the two parties. Together, they will further tap into India’s green building materials market by building a new AAC production line for Renacon, a subsidiary of Renaatus, in Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh, India.
As the core project of this cooperation, the new line is positioned as an industry benchmark. It will be fully equipped with KEDA SUREMAKER’s globally leading AAC plant solution, aiming to create a high-standard, fully automated, green and intelligent factory.
According to the plan, the project will be a combined production line for both AAC blocks and panels. Featuring a 6-meter line design, it will have a designed daily capacity of over 2,000 m³. Once completed and put into operation, the project is expected not only to set a new record for the highest daily capacity of an AAC production line in India, but also to become one of the country’s largest AAC production plants by annual capacity. It will stand as one of the largest and most technologically advanced AAC production bases in the region, filling the gap in high-end AAC building material production locally.
