With well-designed booths and comprehensive on-site displays, each brand presented advanced solutions in intelligent ceramic manufacturing and process services. Together, they welcomed both new and long-standing partners from around the world.

KEDA Ceramic Machinery & Quanitech:
Empowering Complete Plant Solutions, Strengthening a Global Service Brand

At this year's EXPO REVESTIR in São Paulo, KEDA Ceramic Machinery spotlighted its latest complete plant engineering & production solutions and intelligent after-kiln complete line. The company also presented a range of flagship innovations, including the continuous ball mill, Series 18 press, 5A kiln, KEDA KING Series intelligent polishing line, AGV smart storage and handling system, and new-generation packaging line. These cutting-edge technologies demonstrated the strength of KEDA's ceramic machinery manufacturing to a global audience. The booth attracted a large number of professional visitors from Brazil and across South America.

KEDA Ceramic Machinery also showcased high-quality spare parts & consumables, such as abrasives, squaring wheels, alumina balls, and rollers. Meanwhile, Quanitech presented high-quality inks, digital micro-carving inks, and inclusion inks under the Botao brand. Together, they highlighted KEDA's role as a comprehensive global service provider—offering not only machinery, but also ceramic formulations, process support, and full-chain supply of spare parts and consumables.

In 2025, KEDA's Brazil subsidiary, KEDA Brazil, officially commenced operations. Located in São Paulo's core ceramic production hub, it marks a major step in KEDA's long-term commitment to Brazil and the broader Americas. The launch of its local spare parts warehouse further reinforces its positioning as a global ceramic solutions provider.

Over the past two years, KEDA Ceramic Machinery has continued to deepen its market presence and expand its footprint in Brazil. It has achieved several key breakthroughs. Raw material machinery such as the continuous ball mill has been sold in Brazil for the first time. Intelligent after-kiln storage systems and intelligent polishing lines have also entered the Brazilian market for the first time.

On the opening day of the exhibition, Mr. Xuhui TAN, Deputy Director of International Marketing at KEDA Ceramic Machinery, gave an exclusive interview to Mundo Cerâmico, a leading Brazilian industry media outlet. He noted that after more than 30 years of innovation and growth, KEDA has evolved into a truly global listed company.

With years of presence in Brazil, KEDA's machinery has earned strong recognition from local customers, thanks to its advantages in automation, intelligence, and efficiency improvement with reduced energy consumption. KEDA is well-positioned to meet diverse production needs globally. It can deliver tailored, optimal solutions for each client. The company has also established a complete line solution cooperation with Lamosa Group, the world's second-largest ceramic manufacturer, setting a new benchmark for the global industry.

KEDA is fully committed to long-term development in the Americas. Its senior management has made multiple visits to Brazil and other regional markets. The company will continue to increase investment, build long-term strategic partnerships with customers, and deliver greater value to them.

Driving Efficiency, Sustainability, Stability, and Intelligence

HLT&DLT focuses on 4 core pillars: efficiency, sustainability, stability, and intelligence. At the exhibition, the company presented integrated solutions spanning raw materials preparation, pressing, firing, and technical services. These solutions reflect multi-dimensional collaborative innovation. With high-end machinery defined by digital intelligence, safety, high efficiency, and rigorous standards, HLT&DLT meets the growing demand of South American ceramic producers for large-scale, high-efficiency, and sustainable manufacturing. It also empowers continuous product upgrades and value creation.

During the exhibition, the HLT&DLT booth drew strong traffic. A range of innovations stood out, including the Continuous Ball Mill System, FaST Spray Dryer Powder Preparation System, YP Series Automatic Hydraulic Tile Press, the "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" DFC-Alpha Firing Kiln, and the new-generation Zero Gas Consumption Multi-layer Dryer. These technologies gained high recognition from Brazilian companies and attracted professional buyers from across South America.

As its "globalization" accelerates, HLT&DLT continues to strengthen its international presence in both products and services. It has established 8 service centers globally, including in Brazil, supported by over 200 service outlets. Built on a strong foundation of "advanced technology, premium quality, and localized service", HLT&DLT ensures fast response to installation, commissioning, and maintenance needs. It also provides 24/7 technical support, effectively addressing service delays in cross-border operations.

In recent years, HLT&DLT has been successfully delivered to markets across the Americas, Central Asia, and North Africa. In Brazil, leading ceramic company ROCHA Group partnered with HLT&DLT to build the country's first complete plant solution for white-body glazed tiles. The line features a high-end YP8390 Press, a new-generation 5-Layer Dryer, and the 4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" DFC-Alpha Firing Kiln. In Colombia, a fast-growing ceramic company introduced HLT&DLT's dry powder production and high-end rustic glazed tile double-layer roller hearth kiln lines across its Phase I and Phase II projects. In Algeria, the first tableware complete line project has also been delivered. Once operational, these projects are set to become local benchmarks and drive market transformation.

Looking ahead, HLT&DLT will continue to lead with technological innovation and strengthen its "globalization" service capabilities. The company is committed to delivering more advanced solutions for South America's ceramic industry, accelerating green transformation and driving a new wave of efficiency across the global sector.
