10 Oct 2025On October 10, China's roof tile giant Jiayu Group successfully lighted up its second double-deck kiln supplied by HLT&DLT at the Zhibo Building Materials Shanggao Base. Together with the first kiln commissioned in April, both kilns now achieve a daily capacity of 600,000 tiles.
Since 2010, Jiayu has purchased 30+ HLT&DLT presses, 4 firing kilns, and several dryers. By 2023, 7 roof tile lines were upgraded, of which 4 built by HLT, all featuring low carbon, large output, and smart control.
The double-deck kilns can fire different sizes on the upper and lower decks, optimizing space and energy efficiency, and have been successfully deployed at leading domestic companies as well as in Bangladesh and India. They are included in the 2025 Encouraged Catalog by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
