09 Jul 2025From June 30 to July 5, KEDA Industrial Group's headquarters came alive with energy as the company hosted its 2025 Graduate Orientation Program, themed "Youth · Endeavor · Dreams".
This year, KEDA Industrial Group welcomed 52 Chinese and international university graduates, bringing with them passion, ambition, and fresh perspectives. Together, they embarked on their first professional journey—an exciting new chapter full of growth and opportunity. This year's training program also saw the participation of international graduates for the first time in China, highlighting KEDA's accelerating pace of globalization and its growing international appeal.
The intensive onboarding program included a wide range of activities: welcome orientation, team-building, product and business introductions, plant tours, dialogues with experienced KEDA employees, workplace skills training, a mentoring ceremony, and a special session with the General Manager.
At the closing "Meet the General Manager" session, Mr. Xuexian YANG, Director and General Manager of KEDA Industrial Group, encouraged the new graduates to cultivate a mindset of continuous learning, strengthen their customer-centric service skills, and uphold a practical, down-to-earth work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. He also emphasized that as KEDA advances its globalization efforts, everyone should quickly develop a global mindset and continuously enhance their foreign language abilities.
