04 Jul 2025On July 4, KEDA Ceramic Machinery held its Q2 2025 Continuous Improvement Project Release Conference. A total of 13 outstanding proposals from 10 business divisions made it to the finals. These initiatives focused on key areas such as cost reduction & efficiency, technological innovation, quality improvement, workplace safety, and AI applications. All delivered impressive results. After on-site presentations and evaluations, the company awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 6 excellence awards. These outcomes reflect the spirit of innovation and dedication among employees across various divisions.
The selected proposals addressed real challenges in day-to-day operations and delivered tangible economic and management benefits, representing the collective wisdom and hard work of the KEDA Ceramic Machinery team.
