On June 28, KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy hosted its second welding skills assessment. 30 frontline welders participated, showcasing their expertise through both theoretical and practical evaluations.

General Manager Mr. Zhaowei YE delivered a motivational speech before the assessment. He emphasized that welding quality, delivery efficiency, and cost control form the core competitiveness of the company's products. He also introduced the company's "benchmark mentoring + support training" model to strengthen talent development through practical evaluation.

Compared with last year, this year's assessment introduced a dual evaluation system combining theory and hands-on practice. It featured 5 specialized modules tailored to different welding techniques: manual arc welding, gas-shielded arc welding, submerged arc welding, TIG welding, and automatic welding. This approach enabled a comprehensive evaluation of each participant's skill level. As a result, nearly 40% of the participants achieved a higher qualification level.
