Aboadze (W/R), June 02, GNA - Twyford Ghana Ceramics, a leading manufacturer of ceramic products in Ghana, has donated 80 toilet units and 20 washbasins to the Ghana Air Force Base and AboadzeIslamic Basic “C" School in the Western Region.

Speaking at a brief presentation ceremony held at the company's headquarters in Aboadze near Shama, Mr LiWei, Managing Director of Twyford Ghana Ceramics, said the donation formed part of the company's corporate social responsibility to support both national defence infrastructure and educational development.
"By providing these essential sanitary facilities, we hope to enhance the health and well-being of military personnel, students, and teachers," he said, adding, that, "Twyford will continue to support communities and contribute to Ghana's development through meaningful social interventions."

He stated that the donation reflected Twyford's ongoing efforts to build strong relationships with Ghanaian communities and support the country's broader social and developmental goals.
The items were officially received on behalf of the beneficiaries by Wing Commander Banson, Logistics Officer of the Ghana Air Force Base, and Mr Frederick Mensah, Headteacher of the Aboadze lslamic Basic "c" School.
They expressed deep appreciation to the management of Twyford Ceramics for their generous support, noting that the gesture would have a lasting positive impact on the lives of those at the base and the school.
The event was graced by the Chinese Ambassador to Ghana, Mr Tong Defa, Mr David Wei, Business Manager of Twyford Ghana Ceramics, among other dignitaries and community leaders.
