06 May 2025On April 29, the Guangdong Provincial Commendation Conference for Model Workers, Outstanding Individuals, and Advanced Collectives was held in Guangzhou.
At the ceremony, Mr. Xudong SUI, Deputy General Manager of KEDA Ceramic Machinery, was awarded the title of "Model Worker of Guangdong Province". This marks another major achievement following his recognition as a "Foshan Grand Craftsman" in 2020.
Since joining KEDA Industrial Group in 2002, Mr. SUI has been deeply involved in R&D for ceramic machinery. He has played a key role in breaking international monopolies and driving innovation in the industry. KEDA Industrial Group holds thousands of patents. Among them, 34 patents list Mr. SUI as an inventor because he is one of the key innovators. Additionally, he has participated in formulating 10 corporate standards at KEDA and led over 30 major projects within the company. Under his leadership, KEDA Industrial Group has built a proprietary system of deep-processing machinery characterized by "energy efficiency, low consumption, high performance, and environmental sustainability".
He has also been instrumental in advancing KEDA's "servitization" strategy, establishing a robust global technical support system for ceramic spare parts and consumables. As General Manager of the Spare Parts & Service Division, Mr. SUI led the team in transforming from a single-model operation to a multi-business structure. This includes spare parts sales and service, project contracting, and ceramic machinery remanufacturing.
