Anhui KEDA New Energy Equipment Launches "Service Across the Country" Campaign

To enhance the company's brand image, establish a strong customer reputation, and improve after-sales service capabilities, Anhui KEDA New Energy Equipment held the launch meeting for its "Service Without Borders, Sincere Service Across Thousands of Miles" campaign on April 25.


With the service philosophy of "Customer-Oriented", the event involved 4 service teams made up of the company's core personnel from marketing, technical, after-sales, and quality departments. Following pre-event customer surveys and on-site investigations, the teams will bring solutions to project sites after the campaign launch to help customers address on-site challenges. The event will last for three months and cover all the projects that have been put into operation or are under construction. 
 
Through this initiative, the company aims to establish a standardized service system, enhance the after-sales service department's capabilities, and convey Anhui KEDA New Energy Equipment's service philosophy of "Sincerity and Dedication" to the market. This move allows customers to experience the new "KEDA Service".
