The high-end and intelligent production line of large-sized plate for Milano Group's company in Jiajiang was ignited successfully at an auspicious hour of the day. Chairman, Zhenghua HU, and General Manager, Tao HU, of Milano Group, General Manager, Dajun LIU and Deputy General Manager, Jianqiang Xu, of Milano Group's company in Jiajiang, along with the production and operation management team, Deputy General Manager of KEDA Ceramic Machinery and General Manager of Deep Processing Machinery Division, Xudong SUI, Sales Director of HLT Machinery, Guojun KUANG, General Manager of KEDA Domestic Marketing Western Sales Territory Jixiang TAN, General Manager of HLT&DLT Southwest Sales Territory, Hong CHEN and Xin GAO, were invited to participate in the ignition ceremony.
Zhenghua HU, Chairman of Milano Group, pointed out in his speech that the large-sized plate production line ignited this time was an important strategic plan for the transformation, upgrading and potential takeoff of Milano Group's company in Jiajian, marking that Milano Group's company in Jiajian had stepped on a new stage in terms of production strength and the company's products had been constantly moving towards the mainstream of high-end ceramics on the basis of traditional ceramics!Established in 1997, Milano Group has become a large ceramic enterprise group, which owns 4 advanced modern ceramic factories and 13 automated high-speed production lines after 26 years of innovation and development. It has an annual production capacity of nearly 100 million square meters of various kinds of glazed floor tiles, medium-sized plates, paving stones for garden landscape, large-sized plates and sintered stones.
KEDA, HLT&DLT and Milano Group have established a deep foundation of cooperation before. The intelligent production line of large-sized plate was jointly built by KEDA and HLT&DLT, with a designed daily production capacity of 38,000 square meters and a production capability of 750 × 1500mm、900 × 1800mm and other high-quality ceramic products with multiple specifications. It was currently one of the most representative and specialized production lines in the local area.
The equipment list customized by KEDA for Milano included: a new generation of post-kiln tiles storage system, a late-model fully automatic polishing line, an intelligent pre-packaging tiles storage system, and a high-speed and fully compatible automatic packaging line... Promoting the whole line to a new level of automation and intelligence.
ST28000 intelligent spray tower of HLT Technology, three new generations of LT6809 automatic hydraulic presses, and one YP8390 automatic hydraulic press from HLT Machinery, as well as the combination of DLT "4.0 energy efficiency benchmark digital era" high-end firing kiln (W3100/L378M) for large-sized plate and DHD-EM series six-layer self-circulating dryer, were configured for the project by HLT&DLT. High-quality large-sized plates with specifications of 800 × 800mm, 600 × 1200mm, 750 × 1500mm, 900 × 1800mm, and 10mm thickness could be produced on this production line.
The double-station large plate packaging machine supplied by KEDA Group was compatible with multiple specifications. The packaging speed was up to 12 packs per minute when producing the plates of 750 × 1500mm, which could sufficiently guarantee the capacity of the whole line. Besides Milano, the intelligent post-kiln production line of KEDA Group had been widely used in many enterprises such as Yanboshi Ceramics, Shengshi Dongfang Ceramics, Sophia Ceramics, Lihong Ceramics and Zhongtao Building Materials, which had received unanimous praise from customers and contributed to the upgrading of intelligent production in Jiajiang area and the pursuit of high-quality development.
The firing kiln of the project adopted "raw materials spray tower energy saving technology using the waste heat of the manufacturing workshop" developed by DLT whole line, which took full advantage of efficient waste heat recovery systems such as DHR and increased the hot air volume by 30% compared with the conventional cooling design in the industry. All the flue gas and the dehumidifying hot air of the related equipment were collected and automatically converted into clean hot air through the heat exchanger, so as to increase the hot air volume in the kiln drying system and supply the spray tower with the generated hot air to the maximum extent, with a purpose to achieving the best state of energy saving. Meanwhile, the oxygen content of the flue gas discharged from the desulfurization tower could be effectively controlled, and energy conservation and environmental protection could be achieved. It was reported that 3,300 Nm³ was expected to be saved every day based on the transmission of 50,000 m³ 200℃ hot air per hour. Its outstanding advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency and strong stability would be revealed after being put into operation, which could upgrade the product and improve the competitiveness of Milano Group significantly, and so build strong brand positions.
As the leading enterprise in the producing region, Milano had established a new benchmark of intelligent manufacturing in the western producing region and also pointed the way for the high-quality development of enterprises in the producing region through powerful cooperation with KEDA and HLT&DLT.
