14 Apr 2025Recently, KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. signed an EPC contract with Guangxi Long'an Hetai New Materials Co., Ltd. for the construction of 2 80kNm³/h clean coal gasification units based on circulating fluidized bed technology.
The project is located in Guangxi and marks KEDA Clean Energy's 2nd Coal Gasification Project in the region. The first project was commissioned in 2013 and has been operating stably for 13 years, continuing to supply fuel for alumina production. According to statistics, KEDA Clean Energy currently operates 37 coal gasification units that have each been in service for more than 10 years.
The Alumina Calcination Furnace at Guangxi Long'an Hetai New Materials Co., Ltd. features KEDA Clean Energy's patented modular cascade regenerative clean combustion coal gasification technology. This gasification process is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and produces no tar, phenol, or cyanide emissions. The resulting gas meets Class II natural gas standards and complies with current environmental regulations.
