22 Mar 2025At the end of 2024, KEDA Industrial Group received approval for the "Corporate Lawyer Pilot Program" from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, becoming the 4th private enterprise in Shunde District in Foshan to obtain this qualification, following Midea Group, Midea Real Estate, and Shunde Rural Commercial Bank.
The approval for the "Corporate Lawyer Pilot Program" has received substantial guidance and support from the provincial, municipal, and district judicial departments. On March 19, Mr. Haiquan LIU, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Shunde District Justice Bureau and full-time deputy secretary of the District Lawyers Industry Party Committee, along with Mr. Zhen TIAN, chief of the Lawyer Work Management Section and deputy secretary of the District Lawyers Industry Party Committee, visited KEDA Industrial Group for research and exchange. The visit aimed to better understand enterprises’ foreign-related legal services and support their steady development in overseas markets.
In the future, KEDA Industrial Group will take the launch of the "Corporate Lawyer Pilot Program" as an opportunity to leverage government-enterprise collaboration, continuously strengthen compliance management, and develop risk prevention systems. These efforts will further support KEDA in providing global customers with superior products and services.
