Hubei Kaixuan Ceramics' No. 6 Kiln Production Line Built by KEDA Ceramic Machinery Successfully Ignited

The 6# kiln production line at Hubei Kaixuan Ceramics integrates multiple patented technologies from KEDA Ceramic Machinery. It features a combustion air heating system, a comprehensive kiln body insulation upgrade system, and highly efficient and energy-saving burners. Additionally, it is equipped with KEDA V3.0 kiln intelligent control system, achieving an excellent balance between production output and energy consumption.

This production line can produce rustic tile and thick tile products in various sizes, in thicknesses including 6.5-25mm, 600×600mm, 400×800mm, 800×800mm, 600×1,200mm, and 750×1,500mm. The daily output is 20,000㎡ to 40,000㎡.

To better assist the customer, KEDA Ceramic Machinery's sales team accompanied the customer on multiple site visits across 5 provinces in China over 3 years, adjusting the plan over 10 times. Ultimately, the customer recognized KEDA for its service quality and manufacturing strength.
