08 Feb 2025Sunshine Ceramics, a subsidiary of Sunshine Enterprise, is a leading brand in the production of ancient building ceramic tiles in Hunan Province in China. Sunshine Enterprise also owns several other brands, including "Hengyang Sunshine Ancient Building", "Jingdezhen Xingyuexiang Building Materials", "Foshan Jincai", "Jiangxi Furin New Materials", and "Zhongpeng International Ceramics (Uzbekistan)".
The Zhongpeng International Ceramics (Uzbekistan), in collaboration with HLT&DLT, launched its first phase project, a high-end full polished glaze production line (including 4 HLT YP4009 Presses, and 1 DLT "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" firing kiln and self-circulating six-layer dryer combination).
The project successfully commenced production in April 2024 and has been running steadily with reliable quality, receiving high praise and recognition from the leadership of Sunshine Enterprise.
The 2 firing kilns in this project are equipped with the new-generation GALAXY series design from DLT, featuring the advanced DDI4.0-A intelligent management system. This system allows for cloud computing and comprehensive management of the complete production line, further advancing the automated, intelligent, and digitalized management production mode at Sunshine Ceramics. The main product specifications include 300×400mm high-end roof tiles, with a combined design capacity of 420,000 tiles per day for the two kilns.
Additionally, the project incorporates DLT's patented technologies, including the KPR combustion air heating energy-saving system, KHI insulation reinforcement system, and PPC combustion air group control system, achieving low-carbon, eco-friendly production while maximizing energy efficiency.
