KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy
All three phases of the coal-to-gas system at Plant 1 of PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia (BAI), a subsidiary of Nanshan Group, are fully constructed by KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy. This project features six 40kNm³/h clean coal-to-gas units, with Phase 1 operational since May 2021, Phase 2 in October 2022, and Phase 3 successfully launched in early January 2024.
Facing this critical international project, KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy boldly formed a new team, restructuring the Nanshan Indonesia Project Department. United by their mission, the team overcame challenges like frequent torrential rains during Indonesia's rainy season, labor shortages, and tight deadlines. Their outstanding professionalism and scientific management earned unanimous praise from the client.
Notably, this new team not only delivered three phases of BAI Plant 1 on schedule and to high standards but also managed after-sales coordination for Phases 1 and 2, demonstrating exceptional expertise and accountability.
Building on the success of Plant 1 project, the Nanshan Project Team has once again joined hands with the client to focus on the construction of Phases 1 and 2 of BAI Plant 2. This phase involves four 40kNm³/h clean coal-to-gas units, slated for project completion and commissioning in June and August 2025. Facing even greater challenges, the Nanshan Project Team is fully prepared, embracing its mission to "create outstanding projects". They are committed to delivering more efficient and higher-quality services to clients and strive to achieve new milestones of excellence.
| Excellence in Installation and Commissioning for International Projects
Mr. Xianyu HUANG

Since joining Foshan KEDA Industrial in 2022, Mr. Xianyu HUANG has been responsible for the installation and commissioning of international projects. In just over two years, he has successfully completed 6 major international projects, including South Africa ZA0001, Turkey 0041 and 051 projects, Vietnam 0355 project, Kauhsin project, and the Middle East 006 project. Each project was completed within the specified timeframe, exceeding targets, and earning client approval and praise.
During the Vietnam 0355 project, HUANG and his team completed the construction and acceptance of 2 entire production lines in merely 3 months. Taking on multiple roles, including masonry, transmission, and auxiliary equipment installation, he significantly reduced staffing needs, saving the company approximately RMB 360,000.
The Kauhsin project, while smaller in scale, was a critical milestone for Foshan KEDA in entering the Taiwan market. HUANG single-handedly completed the mechanical installation and commissioning of all equipment, including transmission systems, auxiliary equipment, a five-layer dryer, and dust collectors. His efforts saved the company the equivalent of three workers' labor costs, with auxiliary equipment service fees alone reduced by RMB 67,000. From installation, commissioning to production, the project was completed in just 40 days. It achieved contractual production targets within one week of operation, with all equipment functioning smoothly for final acceptance.
