Two Technological Achievements Pass Appraisal in Guangdong

On September 26, experts from the appraisal committee of the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society reviewed project materials, inspected project applications, and heard reports from KEDA Industrial Group.

After a thorough inquiry and discussion on the innovations of the "Complete Plant Solution for Cement Based Artificial Quartz Slab Block" and the "New Wide-Body Roller Kiln for Lithium-ion Battery Anode and Cathode Materials", they unanimously concluded that both projects exhibit strong innovation and that their overall technology is at the forefront of the international field. The committee approved both projects for technology appraisal.

Both projects hold fully independent intellectual property rights. The "Cement based Artificial Quartz Slab Block Manufacturing Technology and Machinery R&D and Industrialization" project achieves a daily output of 26 blocks, covering approximately 5,000 m². The "Key Technologies and Industrialization of New Wide-Body Roller Kiln for Lithium-ion Battery Anode and Cathode Materials" boosts production by 70%, reduces energy consumption per ton by 50%, and increases cooling efficiency by 20%.
