KEDA Industrial Group Holds Strategic Seminar on New Energy Machinery Sector

On August 19, KEDA Industrial Group convened its 2024 Semi-Annual Chairman's Office Meeting at its Anhui base. Themed "Innovation, Quality Improvement, Cost Reduction, and Efficiency Enhancement: Building Global Competitiveness from All Angles", the meeting extensively explored the vision for each business segment over the next 5-10 years, as well as the 3-year plans and operational strategies for 2025.

Chairman Mr. Cheng BIAN, independent directors Mr. Huan CHEN, Mr. Jiangang LONG, and Mr. Songyu LI, along with company leaders Mr. Dengping TAN, Mr. Zhonghua ZHANG, Mr. Fei ZENG, Mr. Peng ZHOU, Ms. Hengxiang PENG, Mr. Qi PENG and nearly 30 representatives from various business units, all participated in the first day's strategic seminar on the new energy machinery sector.


At the meeting, Anhui KEDA New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Guangdong KEDA New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. presented detailed reports on their respective long-term visions, mid-term plans, and short-term business strategies.

The focus was on technological research and development, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement to further build a competitive presence in the industry. Afterwards, the participating leaders provided meticulous feedback on these reports.

In his summary, Chairman Mr. BIAN emphasized that during the ramp-up phase, business units must focus on strengthening internal capabilities and improving overall performance. He advised seizing opportunities when they arise and avoiding reckless actions when opportunities are unavailable.

Chairman Mr. BIAN further stressed the need for all units to embrace KEDA Industrial Group's spirit of "Change is the Only Constant". He urged them to challenge past achievements, surpass previous milestones, and vigorously promote a spirit of hard work. Additionally, he reminded everyone to be forward-thinking when formulating strategies, ensuring they are reviewed and considered annually to maintain long-term feasibility.


Chairman Mr. BIAN also noted that currently, two-thirds of KEDA Industrial Group's business is from international sales. He emphasized that globalization has provided a solid foundation for developing ceramic machinery and building materials. Despite a global economic slowdown, these two sectors continue to show strong growth. Thus, he emphasized that other business areas must also actively implement a globalization strategy and embrace international markets.

In terms of innovation, Chairman Mr. BIAN called for increased efforts in product, manufacturing, and marketing innovation. Special attention should be given to digital and intelligent applications, requiring substantial investment to build a comprehensive digital system and achieve leading innovation capabilities.

Regarding talent, Chairman Mr. BIAN reiterated that "the development history of a company is a history of talent evolution". He stressed that a high-quality, competitive enterprise relies on top talent. Therefore, the HR department must make significant breakthroughs, allocate income based on contribution, actively recruit suitable talent for each position, and decisively eliminate underperforming staff.

Following the 2024 Semi-Annual Chairman's Office Meeting, KEDA Industrial Group will hold a series of strategic seminars focusing on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) machinery, smart energy, new energy materials, hydraulic pumps, and ceramic machinery. These discussions aim to deeply explore and optimize the development strategies and plans for each business segment to enhance operational quality.
