KEDA SUREMAKER Kicks Off Phase 2.0 of the " SUREMAKER Project No.1"

On March 13, KEDA SUREMAKER convened the launch meeting for phase 2.0 of the "SUREMAKER Project No.1" under the theme of "Focusing on Engineering Installation Deepening Design and Promoting Efficiency Improvement in Engineering Implementation", to elevate the installation and delivery of overseas projects.

The meeting appointed General Manager Xiaolei HE as the project leader and outlined three key tasks:

• To revise the standardized installation guidelines for in-house equipment, accessory equipment, and electrical installation, establishing unified technical document quality standards.

• To enhance the cross-departmental "collaboration and information sharing" mechanism, ensuring seamless coordination across the entire chain from process design to engineering implementation.

• To develop a risk pre-control system, identifying potential risks at overseas project sites and formulating graded response strategies.

This initiative aims to deepen the company's "Globalization" strategy and enhance the quality and efficiency of overseas project delivery.
