KEDA Industrial Group (Anhui Base) International Vision and Overseas Strategic Marketing Training Successfully Held

To broaden the international vision of marketing staff, improve their marketing skills and carry out Group's strategic demand of "Globalization", Anhui Base of KEDA Industrial Group organized and conducted an international vision and overseas strategic marketing training from February 10th to 12th. More than 30 marketing backbones from each business unit participated in the training.

Ting LI, General Manager of Anhui KEDA Clean Energy Co., Ltd., boosted the morale of all colleagues participating in the training on behalf of the leadership team in Anhui base. He said that KEDA Industrial Group was a company that placed a high value on the globalization development. Among four major strategies of the company—"Globalization, Informationization, Service-oriented and Youth", "Globalization" required us to focus on foreign markets, introduce traditional manufacturing industries abroad and promote international cooperation in capital, production capacity and services. Recent years had witnessed the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic market and the intensified "involution", it was particularly important to expand overseas markets. The development of KEDA Industrial Group was carried out along with the internationalization. While actively attracting overseas talents, the learning and promotion of talents should be more valued. Everyone was expected to seize this opportunity to transform, absorb and utilize the knowledge learned in class.
 
As the lecturer of "International Vision and Overseas Strategic Operation Model of Enterprise", Shuo CHEN (Master of Economics from Nankai University, MBA from the University of Maryland and consultant of Guangdong Commerce Department) was one of the most practical trainers in the industry. The course was quite enlightening and practical. Based on various cases from macro to micro, from theory to practice, Mr. Chen provided timely and targeted explanations for students' confusion in the course. Therefore, many students said that the course was more practicable and "informative".

The "Strategic Marketing" sand table simulation course was organized by lecturer Li GUO (former head of internal training at Accenture in Greater China and Asia Pacific, mentor of the International Leadership Research Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and expert in gamification management training). Mr. Guo explained the concept of innovative marketing thinking level and shared many classic cases of marketing innovation in various industries. With his guidance and games in the course, students were encouraged to break the limit of thinking pattern and change their existing mind-set, laying a foundation for future marketing innovation.
 
The training was completed successfully, which not only expanded the international vision and thinking of the participants, but also was very important for the participants to understand and execute company's strategy accurately, as well as the effective implementation of the strategy.
