Located in Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, this project employs KEDA (Anhui) Clean Energy's patented "Modular Cascade Clean Combustion Coal Gasification Technology", marking its first application in the magnesium oxide industry.
Reportedly, Liaoning Donghe New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive utilization of magnesite resources. The company integrates magnesite flotation, magnesium oxide calcination, fused magnesia smelting, and the production of both shaped and unshaped refractory products. It is also the first publicly listed company in the Chinese magnesite industry.
The "New Low-Energy Consumption Double-Chamber Carbonate Decomposition Furnace Light Burned MgO Powder Production Demonstration Project" is the first machinery industrialization project in the magnesite industry.
The "Modular Cascade Clean Combustion Coal Gasification Technology" is a gasification process that has been developed based on the principles of circulating fluidized bed gasification. It utilizes crushed and pulverized coal as raw materials to produce clean coal gas. Compared to traditional circulating fluidized bed gasification process, it facilitates cleaner production more effectively.
