Successful Ignition of the Second Cellular Ceramics Intelligent Production Line Constructed by KEDA Ceramics Machinery for Fujian Desheng New Building Materials

On February 2nd, amidst the celebration of the traditional Chinese festival "Xiao Nian", KEDA Ceramic Machinery witnessed the successful ignition of the high-end production line tailored for two leading enterprises in Fujian as scheduled.

The Fujian Desheng New Building Materials cellular ceramic production line ignited this time is the second cellular ceramic roller kiln production line constructed by KEDA Ceramic Machinery.

Established in 2014, Fujian Desheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Fujian Wugang Group, is located in the Jingang Industrial Zone of Luoyuan Bay Development Zone in Fujian Province. It is a key project of Fujian Province, serving as the province's green circular economy experimental base and energy-saving environmental protection industrialization project.

With 4 modern production lines already in operation, the company specializes in the production of antique bricks, glazed tiles, full-body marble, lava slab eco-stone, lightweight foamed boards, and other products.

In 2019, KEDA Ceramic Machinery successfully constructed the cellular ceramics production line for Fujian Desheng New Building Materials, marking the application of digital factory management system in cellular ceramics production lines for the first time. The new cellular ceramics production line also adopted KEDA sixth-generation cellular ceramics complete plant engineering technology, marking a new milestone in production quality, energy consumption, and automation intelligence.
