KEDA KING Series Efficient Intelligent Squaring & Chamfering Machines demonstrate their prowess with 8 prominent display screens above the squaring & chamfering machines. Leveraging a high-precision camera detection grinding spark system, the machines automatically compensate for squaring & chamfering wheel consumption loads, achieving 100% continuous detection of grinding quantity.
This information is vividly displayed on the screen, bringing an innovative operational experience. With a diagonal deviation of ≤0.3mm and tile edge straightness of <0.15mm, the KEDA KING Series Efficient Intelligent Squaring & Chamfering Machines ensure tight joint laying, meeting the demand for high-quality tile production.
KEDA Multi-section Swing Intelligent Polishing Machine effectively addresses uneven polishing and missed polishing quality issues. While reducing the number of squaring heads by 30%, the processing quality is improved by 20%, and the energy consumption of a single machine is reduced by 30%. The machine's robot intelligent abrasive replacement system attracts significant attention from customers.
Through the automatic replacement of grinding blocks by a six-axis robot, the time for single-head grinding block replacement is ≤90 seconds, significantly improving the automation level of production lines.
This year, the KEDA Smart Storage Division unveiled its latest innovation: the Laser AGV+ Compensator BOX Storage System Before Kiln. This system offers customizable storage quantities, making it an ideal solution for customers seeking flexible and intelligent production solutions.
A newly showcased packaging machine boasts one-key specification conversion, simplifying production line transitions. Above all, it achieves an impressive packaging speed of up to 14 packs per minute.
Foshan KEDA Industrial Co., Ltd. presented the Next-generation Double-layer Kiln and Hydrogen-powered Ultra Wide-body Kiln, offering a complete plant solution for the industry's overall energy consumption. This initiative aids enterprises in energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Additionally, in collaboration with KGE, KEDA showcased the charm of cellular ceramics. At the exhibition, KEDA will partner with KGE to unveil the sixth-generation intelligent cellular ceramic production line, marking the beginning of an exciting collaboration.
This year, the KEDA Press Division showcased the Third-generation Extenller-Slab Forming System. This system is characterized by enhanced stability and automation. Featuring adjustable tile width and thickness specifications, it facilitates swift production changeovers, resulting in increased output.
The system can achieve a maximum daily production of up to 28,500 square meters, with lower maintenance costs in later stages. Furthermore, the upgraded 18 series presses continue KEDA's advantage of high-speed pressing while significantly enhancing product reliability and stability.
"Rooted in service, safeguarding the continuous and stable operation of ceramic machinery for ceramic enterprises" is the mission of KEDA Spare Parts Service Division. This year, the division not only showcased a diverse range of products and services tailored to meet customer needs but also highlighted cost-effective auxiliary machinery developed independently by KEDA. These offerings included bottom polishing machines, intelligent wind turbines, high-speed wind turbines, and other high-value-added auxiliary machinery.
In KEDA's diversified exhibition area, the KEDA Ceramic Technology Research Institute presented new breakthroughs in cellular ceramic applications, innovative applications of ultra-white & high transmittance new materials, and exposed firing permeable tile technology.
Additionally, Quanitech Material displayed a variety of new products, including excellent inks, digital micro-carving, carving inks, and inclusion inks, all of which garnered considerable attention.
On the exhibition's inaugural day, KEDA Ceramic Machinery premiered its brand-new promotional video, marking a significant debut. Additionally, KEDA hosted a signing ceremony with Henan Jiabei Technology for the Zhentao MOM3.0 and intelligent post-kiln complete production line, symbolizing a notable advancement in KEDA's ceramic digital factory business.
